Rouge offers a versatile facility that can accommodate up to 120 people. Two varieties of parties are offered - a Cocktail Reception Style and a Seated Banquet Style.

There is a minimum guaranteed sale which depends on the room(s) rented, the style of party, time and season. The guaranteed sale includes the cost of food, beverages and alcohol, but does not include GST, 18% gratuities is suggested, or any additional rentals.
